Jiu-jitsu is the most comprehensive and effective system of self- defense for kids because it is based upon leverage and technique that gives the much smaller and weaker person - kids, the most realistic chance to avoid, survive, and escape a realistic encounter. It also allows them to possibly control their attacker without hurting them; an essential self-defense trait that protects our children in the inevitable aftermath of a self-defense altercation in today's society of 'zero tolerance' fighting policies, civil lawsuits, and politicization of criminal prosecutions.
We teach kids a step-by-step system of how to approach bullying from before, during, and after with a complete system and roadmap to eliminate bullying. In addition, kids learn specific verbal and physical techniques and strategies to confidently and effectively deal with bullying. Our program is a necessary life skill that goes way beyond any hobby or sport, and we are very straightforward, direct, and honest in our expertise and focus: we understand and teach self-defense.
